Salmon and Brie Pizza

Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 8-inch prepared pizza crust
  • 100 g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 100 g brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • sour cream, to serve
  • 3 tablespoons pesto sauce (I used a commercial basil-based one)

Directions

  • 1 Pre-heat your oven to 200c degrees.
  • 2 Spread the pizza bases with half of the pesto on each.
  • 3 Arrange the remaining ingredients in the order given over each of the pizzas using half on each.
  • 4 Place on a baking sheet in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown and base is crisp.
  • 5 Cut into wedges and offer sour cream on the side.
