Salmon and Brie Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 8-inch prepared pizza crust
- 100 g smoked salmon, chopped
- 100 g brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
- sour cream, to serve
- 3 tablespoons pesto sauce (I used a commercial basil-based one)
Directions
- 1 Pre-heat your oven to 200c degrees.
- 2 Spread the pizza bases with half of the pesto on each.
- 3 Arrange the remaining ingredients in the order given over each of the pizzas using half on each.
- 4 Place on a baking sheet in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown and base is crisp.
- 5 Cut into wedges and offer sour cream on the side.
