Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, defrosted if frozen, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions
- 1 Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend to a smooth paste. Keep chilled until ready to use.
- 2 Serve on crackers or use as a sandwich filling.
