Pawpaw Paradise

Ingredients

• 1 papaya, ripe
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup dark rum
• 1 cup ice, crushed
• 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

• 1 Peel papaya, and cut into small pieces, puree in elelcric blender.
• 2 Add the milk,rum, ice, and sugar. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
• 3 Pour into 4 ounce glasses.
• 4 Garnish with a strawberry.
