Coconut Custard

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  • 1 Beat coconut milk, eggs and sugar together until sugar dissolves and mixture is well blended.
  • 2 Sieve through cheesecloth so mixture is fine and smooth.
  • 3 Pour into serving bowl (individual bowls if preferred).
  • 4 Place serving bowl inside steamer.
  • 5 Steam until firm - time varies depending serving size.
