Ingredients
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- 1 Beat coconut milk, eggs and sugar together until sugar dissolves and mixture is well blended.
- 2 Sieve through cheesecloth so mixture is fine and smooth.
- 3 Pour into serving bowl (individual bowls if preferred).
- 4 Place serving bowl inside steamer.
- 5 Steam until firm - time varies depending serving size.
