Ingredients
- 2 cups jarlsberg cheese, coarse grated
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise, not salad dressing
- 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced onion (this is an option)
Directions
- 1 Gently combine all ingredients.
- 2 Refrigerate for 2-hours before serving.
- 3 Serve with crackers.
- 4 Can be made several days in advance.
