Jarlsberg Cheese Dip (Swiss Cheese)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jarlsberg cheese, coarse grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise, not salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup minced onion (this is an option)

Directions

  • 1 Gently combine all ingredients.
  • 2 Refrigerate for 2-hours before serving.
  • 3 Serve with crackers.
  • 4 Can be made several days in advance.
