Beef Dip
Time: 5 hrs
Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb) beef chuck roast
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 -4 peppercorns
- 8 French rolls
Directions
- 1 Place roast in slow cooker.
- 2 Add water, soy sauce,rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, bay leaf, peppercorns.
- 3 Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on high or until beef is tender.
- 4 Remove meat from broth, shred with forks and keep warm.
- 5 Strain broth. Pour broth into cups for dipping. Serve beef on rolls.
