Seasoned Potato Wedges
Time: 1 hrs 15 mins
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 3 -4 tablespoons Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
- 2 -3 teaspoons seasoning salt
Directions
- 1 Scrub the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise.
- 2 Cut each half into 3 wedges.
- 3 Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- 4 Spread cut sides with miracle whip and sprinkle with salt.
- 5 Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes until tender.
