Oven Wild Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups wild rice
- 6 cups water
Directions
- 1 You want to fix this the night before you need it.
- 2 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 3 Using a heavy kettle (with a lid), bring the water to a boil.
- 4 When the water comes to a rolling boil, turn the heat off and add the rice.
- 5 Stir so the wild rice is evenly distributed.
- 6 Put the lid on the kettle and put into the oven.
- 7 TURN OFF OVEN.
- 8 Do not open the oven until morning.
- 9 If there is any liquid left in pan, drain off.
- 10 Then add to your salads, soups or casseroles.
