Jello Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Jello gelatin, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows

Directions

  • 1 Lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 Mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2-2 qt microwavable bowl.
  • 3 Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes.
  • 4 Stir to dissolve completely.
  • 5 Add marshmallows to gelatin.
  • 6 Microwave one minute or until marshmallows are almost melted.
  • 7 Stir until completely melted and mixture is smooth (creamy layer will float to top).
  • 8 Pour into prepared pan.
  • 9 Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
  • 10 Loosen edges with knife dipped in warm water.
  • 11 Starting at one end, roll up tightly.
  • 12 With seam side down, cut into 10-12 1/2 inch slices.
  • 13 Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
