Jello Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Jello gelatin, any flavor
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows
Directions
- 1 Lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
- 2 Mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2-2 qt microwavable bowl.
- 3 Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes.
- 4 Stir to dissolve completely.
- 5 Add marshmallows to gelatin.
- 6 Microwave one minute or until marshmallows are almost melted.
- 7 Stir until completely melted and mixture is smooth (creamy layer will float to top).
- 8 Pour into prepared pan.
- 9 Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
- 10 Loosen edges with knife dipped in warm water.
- 11 Starting at one end, roll up tightly.
- 12 With seam side down, cut into 10-12 1/2 inch slices.
- 13 Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
