Cranberry Currant Granola

Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried currant
Directions
- 1 Combine first eight ingredients (oats through nutmeg) in greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 2 Add next four ingredients (oil through vanilla) and stir until completely combined.
- 3 Add dried fruit and stir to combine.
- 4 Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; remove from oven and stir, then bake 10 more minutes, until golden brown.
- 5 Cool on rack; store in airtight container.
