Cranberry Currant Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried currant

Directions

  • 1 Combine first eight ingredients (oats through nutmeg) in greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2 Add next four ingredients (oil through vanilla) and stir until completely combined.
  • 3 Add dried fruit and stir to combine.
  • 4 Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; remove from oven and stir, then bake 10 more minutes, until golden brown.
  • 5 Cool on rack; store in airtight container.
