Abaranger Dino Curry

Ingredients
- 4 cups steamed japanese rice
- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 lb japanese curry roux
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 lb chicken or 1/2 lb pork or 1/2 lb beef
Directions
- 1 Cut potatoes, carrots, and choosen meat into small pieces.
- 2 Slice onions.
- 3 Heat a deep pan and saute the onions until brown.
- 4 Add choosen meat, potatoes, carrots and garlic in the pan and saute together.
- 5 Add water in the pan and bring to a boil.
- 6 Turn heat down to low and cook for 40-50 minute.
- 7 Add potatostarch and water mixture in the soup to thicken.
- 8 Add curry roux and simmer for 10 minute Serve the curry over steamed rice.
