Succulent Chicken Cordon Bleu

Time: 1 hrs


  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 slices honey-baked ham
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs


  • 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
  • 2 Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 thickness; remove plastic wrap.
  • 3 Arrange 1 slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each breast. Starting from the shorter end of chicken, roll breast into a tight pinwheel. Tuck ends inches Secure with toothpicks.
