Easy-Bake Oven Pink Sparkles Frosting

Ingredients

• 4 teaspoons shortening
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons milk
• colored crystal sugar (for decoration)

Directions

• 1 Stir together shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy.
• 2 Spread 2 teaspoons of frosting on top of 1st layer.
• 3 Add 2nd layer and continue frosting.
• 4 Sprinkle with colored crystal sugars.
• 5 Frosts a 2 layer cake.
