Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 teaspoons butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic

Directions

  • 1 Melt together cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and creamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic.
  • 2 Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  • 3 Serve over pasta or chicken.
