Chocolate Brandy Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups dark chocolate (I use Nestle chips)
- 2 ounces brandy
Directions
- 1 Bring cream to a boil.
- 2 Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
- 3 Stir in brandy.
- 4 You can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
- 5 Serve warm sauce over warm chocolate Bread pudding.
