Chocolate Brandy Sauce

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups dark chocolate (I use Nestle chips)
  • 2 ounces brandy

Directions

  • 1 Bring cream to a boil.
  • 2 Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
  • 3 Stir in brandy.
  • 4 You can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
  • 5 Serve warm sauce over warm chocolate Bread pudding.
