African Fruit Slush

Time: 1 hrs 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 oranges, juice of
  • 3 lemons, juice of
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • 3 -4 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple

Directions

  • 1 Dissolve sugar in hot water and cool.
  • 2 Add all other ingredients, stir well to incorporate, and freeze in a big bowl.
  • 3 Other fruit can be added to the bananas and pineapples such as pears, peaches, strawberries, and/or kiwi.
  • 4 Spoon frozen mixture into a glass and add Sprite, 7-Up, or Ginger Ale.
