Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon crumbled dried tarragon or 1 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon
Directions
- 1 Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- 2 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
- 3 Chill.
