Minted Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon green creme de menthe
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  • 1 Place peas, 2 Tbs water and salt in a saucepan.
  • 2 Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, covered, 3-5 minutes.
  • 3 Remove cover, dot with butter and pour in creme de menthe.
