The Best Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 medium russet potatoes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Directions

• 1 Scrub potatoes well as skins are delicious. Dry well and stab to vent.
• 2 Coat clean dry potatoes with olive oil and salt. (I do this in a plastic bag).
• 3 Place potatoes directly on oven rack and bake at 450F for 1 hour or until done.
