Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons white vinegar
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cornflour

Directions

• 1 Mix together over heat. Bring to the boil, allow to thicken.
• 2 Cool, use.
