Pretzel Coated Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups finely crushed pretzels

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
  • 3 Coat with crushed pretzels pressing in if needed.
  • 4 Place in a lightly greased baking pan.
  • 5 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
