Calming Herb Tea

Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried peppermint
  • 1 teaspoon dried lemon balm leaves
  • 2 cups boiling water

Directions

  • 1 Place herbs in teapot.
  • 2 Add boiling water.
  • 3 Steep 5 minutes.
  • 4 strain and pour into cups.
  • 5 Add honey or sugar to taste.
  • 6 Enjoy!
