Crock Pot Spinach-Tomato-Vegetable Soup
Time: 5 hrs 10 mins
Ingredients
- 10 ounces     spinach  (baby is best)
 - 2 medium     carrots, chopped
 - 2 medium     celery ribs, chopped
 - 1 large     onion, chopped
 - 1     garlic clove, minced
 - 4 cups     vegetable broth
 - 28 ounces   canned   diced tomatoes
 - 2 leaves     bay leaves
 - 1 tablespoon     dried basil
 - 1 teaspoon     dried oregano
 - 1/2 teaspoon     red pepper flakes, crushed
 
Directions
- 1 Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
 - 2 Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
