Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon basil, crushed
Directions
- 1 Slice carrots.
- 2 Simmer, covered, in salted water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
- 3 Combine remaining ingredients; toss with carrots.
