Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • paprika, to taste

Directions

  • 1 Sprinkle salt over cabbage.
  • 2 Combine mayo and milk; pour over cabbage.
  • 3 Drain pineapple and fold into mixture.
  • 4 Toss with fork to blend and chill.
  • 5 Before serving, sprinkle paprika over the top.
