High Energy Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup diced dried apricot
  • 1/3 cup diced dried mango (optional)
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2/3 cup almonds
  • 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional, only if you want it spicy!)

Directions

  • 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 Separate into 1/3 cup portions. Enjoy!
