Corn and Peas

Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water, as required

Directions

  • 1 Put the first five ingredients in a pan.
  • 2 Add water to barely cover these veggies.
  • 3 Bring to a boil.
  • 4 Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • 5 Serve warm with rotis(Indian flatbreads).
  • 6 Enjoy!
