Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 4 tablespoons butter
- salt
- pepper
- water, as required
Directions
- 1 Put the first five ingredients in a pan.
- 2 Add water to barely cover these veggies.
- 3 Bring to a boil.
- 4 Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
- 5 Serve warm with rotis(Indian flatbreads).
- 6 Enjoy!
