Basil Carrots

Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil, crushed

Directions

  • 1 Slice carrots.
  • 2 Simmer, covered, in salted water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
  • 3 Combine remaining ingredients; toss with carrots.
