Oriental Steak

Ingredients

• 2 1/2-3 lbs sirloin steaks

Directions

• 1 In a small bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients.
• 2 Put the steak in a plasic bag.
• 3 Pour in the marinade.
• 4 Close the bag and place in a shallow baking pan.
• 5 Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
• 6 Preheat the broiler.
• 7 Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
• 8 Place on broiling pan.
• 9 Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
